Join an executive search specialising in entrepreneur & founder search in addition to leadership consulting within the tech industry. You would be working closely with the leaders of PE & VC backed organisations to help grow their executive teams, working entirely on retained mandates on projects across the world. Ideal Profile: Outstanding academic record (Top 20 University, 1st class degree) A levels; AAB or IB; 38+ points Ability to work at pace and with humility Confident conversing with high-profile stakeholders Demonstrable high achievement in competitive environments (e.g., sports) Phone-based or in-person sales experience is desirable, but non-essential Highly organised with excellent attention to detail What’s on offer for you?
