Employment Solicitor (Education & Charities Team)

Due to continued growth in the sector, we have a fantastic opportunity available for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to work in our
nationally renowned and award-winning
Education and Charities team. Ideally this role will be based in our Cheltenham office but we are open to applications in our Worcester and Birmingham offices too, although you would be required to travel to Cheltenham on occasion.
The Team is truly immersed in the sector and, as well as supporting more than 400 educational establishments, advises key sector organisations on topical issues affecting schools and colleges.
Role of an Employment (Education) Solicitor:
Advise on a range of employment law issues across the education sector
Work collaboratively with colleagues and schools to provide pragmatic legal advice
Develop and maintain knowledge on employment law issues specifically affecting the Education sector, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share knowledge.
Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
About You
You will need:
5+ years or more PQE
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
Excellent drafting skills
To be able to demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
Strong commercial acumen and a passion for the education sector
To be ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
