Associate/ Senior Associate Private Client

Are you looking to broaden your knowledge within a specialist Private Client Team? A number of Private Client roles available from 1-8+ PQE in Bishop's Stortford with hybrid working. Client A Top 200 UK law firm, with a number of offices in the region, working for individuals and businesses, professional partnerships, charities, national corporations, and institutions. Role The team advises on the preparation of wills, wealth protection and inheritance tax planning, the administration of complex estates, inheritance, and trust services and on all elderly client matters. Responsible for managing a complex caseload of client matters with limited supervision. Providing clients with high-quality legal advice, proactively managing client relationships. Mentoring and developing junior members of the team. Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities. Undertaking additional technical qualifications relevant to and likely to enhance the legal advice provided, for example, STEP qualification. You 1-8 years PQE. A proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in relation to complex private client work. An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
