Private practice For me, this is one of the most exciting growing law firms in Exeter, with a young, ambitious culture, coupled with a modern and supportive environment. This forward-thinking Legal 500 law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to lead their Exeter offering, initially working alone in this office, but with the support of the wider Private Client team in London. The longer-term aim is potentially to build a small team of people around them. For this reason, this is a real opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spark, who wants to build a legacy, rather than just working as a number within one of the larger firms. This office currently has around 15 people, so there is a really strong team-ethic within the business here. The firm is well-regarded for moving people through to Partnership at a relatively early stage in their careers, with a good number of people at Partner level in their 30s and 40s. For anyone who wants an exciting role, with support, but also with the chance to become a really important part of a growing team, this could be a great option for you!
