What this role would include Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters under appropriate supervision. Delivering high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to client needs. Meeting individual fee targets while supporting the team in achieving theirs. Effectively managing time to support systems like time recording, billing, cash flow, and overall profitability. Actively contributing to the firm’s marketing efforts by participating in events, networking, seminars, and creating marketing materials.
