We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to lead our growing structures team. You will be a key figure in shaping the strategic direction of our design services, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions across various projects and sectors. The role will involve mentoring and supporting the design team, cultivating a collaborative and innovative design culture. You will: Hold a BEng/MEng qualification and 10 years post graduate experience Be chartered or working towards your chartership status through IStructE or ICE Have excellent communication skills Be able to manage numerous projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines Have experience managing a team of project engineers and technicians accordingly Represent the company at meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors Have design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry To apply, send your CV and covering letter to
