Our leading international client, with AmLaw 10 status, are seeking to add a Structured Finance attorney to their chambers ranked group, sitting at the mid-level.
You will need a minimum of 4 years structured finance, securitization and CLO experience. Experience from a top AmLaw 100 firm would be preferable or experience from a similar environment.
The firm offer a unique balance between high level sophisticated work, fortune 500 clients and ambition, whilst also offering flexible hybrid working, non-aggressive billables and welfare plans.
The compensation will sit between $310-$390,000k. Offices accepting are NY, IL, and MA.
