Associate Territory Sales Manager - Surgical Instruments/Medical Devices - Scotland An exciting opportunity to enter the Medical Device sector as Scottish Associate Territory Sales Manager. Applicants must be in a reasonable travel distance from key cities/towns in the area. Surgical Holdings was established 36 years ago, in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As a leader in our field, employing 60 people, we are an innovative, fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of surgical instruments, laparoscopic instruments, and orthopaedic implants, dealing directly with hospitals. Surgical Holdings prioritises sustainability, so have a significant focus on the repair of Medical Devices, including reusable Surgical Instruments, Rigid Endoscopes, and Orthopaedic Pneumatic and Power Tools. We are looking for an autonomous, proactive individual to join us, based in Scotland, to work with our current Country Manager as an Associate Territory Manager. The successful candidate will need to show drive, enthusiasm, and passion for dealing with customers, sales, and have a keen interest in the Medical Technology industry. This role may be perfect for someone looking to move into a sales role in the Medical Device marketplace, as full training is provided, or a more experienced individual looking for a new challenge. Key Responsibilities will include: Managing your own time and territory. Generating new business for new instruments and repair accounts. Regular visits to key hospital accounts and collecting repairs directly from customers. Maintaining existing customer accounts and capitalising on all sales opportunities. Building rapport and professional relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. Reporting territory activity on CRM weekly. Effectively managing administrative tasks. Attending industry conferences and exhibitions supporting the team with sales and lead generation. Being driven to grow the existing business in the area. Candidate attributes (desired but not essential): 2:1 or higher graduate, ideally in Business, Marketing, or Technology. Excellent communication and business acumen skills. A high level of professionalism and self-motivation. Full driving licence required - willing to travel. Experience in the Medical Technology industry, particularly sterile services and theatres sales, would be useful, although full training is provided. Salary:

OTE 50k+ including a fantastic bonus scheme. Seniority level
