Our top AmLaw client is looking for a Tax attorney to join their chambers ranked group.
You will need experience with taxation of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and/or private equity funds and structures. A strong candidate will also have experience with capital markets transactions as well as international transactions. 3+ years of Big 4 experience would be ideal. Candidates must be self-starters and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills. This position is available in New York or Washington D.C. office.
