in both the UK and Switzerland. This role will be key in continuing to accelerate the Clearblue success story in Europe. This role will have 3 main priorities that are all focused on sustaining the growth of our core business, Pregnancy & Ovulation tests: Main Responsibilities Lead technical marketing of the Clearblue Pregnancy & Ovulation Test products and business. Work with the Artwork team and R&D teams to implement new artworks for all our Clearblue products and SKUs, implementing IVDR & PPWR guidelines. Work with the regional Brand Manager to support the creation of digital & user-generated content (influencers, content creators). Work with leading creative agencies on marketing elements including lifestyle and product photography, digital media, in-store assets, videos for social media, content, etc. Lead approval of new claims with legal & regulatory functions and identify new claims opportunities. Ensure claims are substantiated, and input into clinical studies to ensure delivery of strongest claims. Act as the company expert for marketing the Pregnancy & Ovulation Test products. Delivery of marketing-led project Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including requirement specifications, approvals of creative and toolkit materials. We are first and foremost seeking an Associate Technical Marketing Manager who embodies the following attributes: Furthermore, this role holder also requires a versatile skill set encompassing consumer insight, scientific knowledge, quality assurance and marketing skills. Additionally, we are looking for an individual who… Is of Graduate calibre (science-based degree preferable but not essential) with prior work experience in a relevant field is desirable, or PhD in relevant sciences. Has commercial/marketing and/or consumer-facing experience. Ideally has regulated industry experience, with Medical Devices experience a big plus! Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and writing skills in English. Is proficient with IT skills (Microsoft Office suite). Some occasional business travel must be acceptable.
