Successful candidates will be Chartered with the RTPI, have an RTPI accredited planning degree (or related qualification), and have demonstrable consultancy experience. You must be enthusiastic, client-focused, and have a track record of independently managing planning applications.

Project initiation and site selection through to end-of-life phase
Engage in developing the company’s client base, enhancing the company’s reputation, and being an active member of the team
Contribute to a diverse range and scale of projects such as private housebuilders, government organisations, social housing developers and landlords, and commercial developers

Essential Criteria for the candidate as an Associate Town Planner
Chartered Member of the RTPI
Demonstrable relevant experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or developer
Good communication skills and an enthusiastic mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in project management and business development
