What You’ll Do:
Create masterplans across diverse scales, from concept to planning applications Lead large-scale residential layout designs and mixed-sector projects Develop vision statements, design codes, and strategic documents Work directly with clients and manage small teams collaboratively Contribute to innovative and sustainable design solutions What You’ll Need:
7+ years of UK project experience in Urban Design, Architecture, or related fields Expertise in masterplanning and residential projects Proficiency in CAD software (Vectorworks and/or SketchUp is a bonus) Strong knowledge of local authority guidelines and planning systems Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills What’s in It for You:
