The Associate Director of Worship Leaders is responsible for training, developing, and shepherding of worship leaders and vocalists at all levels from Music Academy to Essentials to campus worship teams, overseeing campus worship leaders, and being involved in Worship Academy. Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even in difficult circumstances. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee campus worship leaders and the campus worship experience.

Cast vision for the services and help teams to execute with excellence. Implement a weekly scorecard for Campus worship teams and provide resources for improvement.

Recruit, train, and employ new worship leaders and vocalists.

Identify, equip, and build a team of quality worship leaders and vocalists. Provide opportunities and systems for attracting and recruiting new talent.

Foster a healthy culture of growth and honor that is aligned with team values.

Create and drive a culture of building one another up for the glory of God. Give timely, helpful feedback in an honoring way.

Oversee and manage ongoing development for all worship leaders.

Promote personal growth and development in all areas of a worship leader including musical, spiritual, theological, artistic, and leadership skills. Provide opportunities for worship leaders and vocalists to collaborate creatively in things such as calls to worship, moments, and songwriting.

Contribute to the ongoing success of developmental systems and platforms.

Collaborating to design a robust program (Worship Academy) that trains and raises up leaders at all levels. Raising up coaches and providing resources and content for ongoing development.

All other job duties are secondary functions. Ability to continuously stand, sit, and/or walk. Ability to bend, climb stairs, and/or lift occasionally. Ability to lift 5 to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to squat occasionally. Ability to communicate continuously with other people. Ability to operate computers continuously in order to complete necessary office work. Ability to frequently comprehend physical and/or digital documents and frequently prepare physical and/or digital documents. May occasionally work in temperatures above 95 degrees and below 32 degrees. May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces. Noise level in the environment is frequently loud. May occasionally work outdoors. May continuously work indoors within closed office spaces. Office Hours Office Hours: Thursdays from 11am – 9:00pm, Sundays from 7am to 12:30pm, and Monday through Wednesdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm, additional non-office hours for preparation, team growth, and admin work.
