What you’ll need to succeed: You'll be an associate or director with experience in project delivery and the operational management of practices. A comprehensive understanding of the logistics behind bid submission and the acquisition of new business. A proven business development track record at previous practices. Ability to manage project teams and act as a mentor for junior staff. Experience across sector disciplines. Experience working in high-value projects. Experience working on projects from concept to completion. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of an intimate team.
