An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Contaminated Land Consultant to join SLR’s Land Quality and Remediation discipline in Perth. Key Responsibilities This role will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders across the region. As a self-starter, you will display confidence and high-level project management, tenders/proposals preparation, data analysis and interpretation, and reporting. Additionally, you would be expected to work with the team to identify opportunities for growth and act as a professional role model for staff across the team. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have:

A professional qualification in environmental science or engineering or other relevant degree and circa 8-15+ years professional experience in consulting or similar industry role. Proven capability in environmental / contamination management (soil and groundwater) / remediation (soil and groundwater), preferably in the development, mining and oil and gas sectors. The ability to analyse and interpret complex situations/problems and develop appropriate solutions. A high level of commercial acumen and proven success in developing winning proposals and client relationship management. Proven project management experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven report writing skills and high computer literacy including data management and manipulation. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Excellent driving history and hold a current unrestricted driver's license. Australia Citizenship or rights to work in Australia.
