Position Overview Apparel, Accessories & Footwear for MSW Polo, Purple Label & RRL Full price & outlet channels, EMEA region Reporting to VP of MSW 12+ direct reports across Planning & Allocation Drive Sustainable & Profitable Growth by supporting sales growth & product margin improvement Enhance Brand Elevation thru improving quality of sales, increasing AIR/AUR, increasing penetration of better/best products Optimize Talents by fostering a strong team spirit and sense of belonging, recruiting & develop new talents Transform complex data into strategies and brings partners on the journey through clear communications on product performance Find New Ways of Working by leading the continuous improvement of the department & overall RL Define Brand Planning approach and key initiatives in conjunction with business strategy Define LRP and Forecast on brand level Drive performance of key metrics – Sales, AUR, GM, Discount Define, challenges and drive OTB process Optimize brand inventory position Experienced in leading FC meetings and is familiar with debating the detail of business KPIs with senior leaders Weekly trade, monthly MPR, RGR support, Board presentation prep Drive feedback to DC on product flow Drive oversight to Allocation team and create seamless coordination between retail, buying and planning teams Create Allocation summaries; collate communication to business & flag issues Drive IBP, X Stich and Organizational Business changes Experience, Skills & Knowledge Ability to deal with uncertainty and change Ability to strive in fast-paced environments Strategic & critical thinking Ability to innovate and create Gravitas and ability to influence Sr Leaders Ability to examine future implications while maintaining sound knowledge of the organization’s current conditions Ability to create strong culture and drive a value-based team Clear understanding of competitive landscape including pricing and key initiatives Understanding of key retailers’ business strategies and intelligence
