Your Main Responsibilities
Communicating with customers about all technical issues and providing first-class customer service. Installing, integrating, commissioning the system/solutions, and getting system(s) operational. Provide ongoing support to the system/solutions. Planning, creating & coordinating data/information to implement the technical solution(s). Troubleshooting - organising measures in connection with technical issues to remedy system errors. Collaborate with Solution Architect for decisions on implementation of complex technical solutions & system optimisation. Inspecting and accepting products from sub-suppliers and partners prior to implementation. Create & review the system(s) technical documentation and interfaces. Collaboration with Competence centres (Vienna/Canada) and relevant internal stakeholders.
Your Experience
Network and IT infrastructure essential. Communication systems installation experience. Electrical/Telecommunication know-how. Project delivery. Requirements Engineering.
