Our aim is to develop efficient and simple people processes and systems maximising our use of technology. We’re seeking a maternity cover for our Product Owner – Global Resourcing. You’ll be an expert in all things Resourcing and Product Management, to have global management of our strategy and execution for Entain. The ideal candidate will hold excellent knowledge both functionally, operationally and from a customer experience perspective, combined with a strong understanding of global best of breed technologies to best deliver for our global People and Resourcing requirements. You'll be the SME point of contact, working closely with Resourcing, People team & technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Resourcing solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying and prioritising improvements across the Group, supporting our future vision of improved products, services and customer journeys - so able to look at the big picture and be in the detail as required. The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering the best possible product to our end users, understanding People and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate solutions and schedules clearly. Personal accountability for delivering the desired business outcomes within their area of expertise would be an expectation within this role. Key Responsibilities Group key SME point of contact for ATS and People solutions, including integrations to Oracle. Research, identification, innovation and recommendation of solution improvements. Lead stakeholder engagement with key business areas to understand business drivers, product developments or enhancements to gather and prioritise business requirements. Design thinking focused to ensure excellent colleague experiences. Working cross-functionally to ensure dependent functions are looped into ATS solutions, roadmap & prioritisation and that products/solutions meet required specifications i.e. People, Tax, Compliance, Legal Functions. Responsible for devising, maintaining and prioritising ATS solutions roadmap in keeping with the future vision – ensuring prioritisation considers business needs, risks and other priorities utilising the same resources. Where enhancements/changes/projects identified - develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits/risks and ROI and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs. Keen ability to translate business needs into high level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the wider delivery teams – presenting product ideas/features to leadership and stakeholders as required. Ensure Programme and Technology management (and other relevant stakeholders) are kept well informed of the status of delivery and benefits realisation for product developments. Seeking input from external and internal stakeholders and keeping abreast of industry and sector best practice. Minimum Requirements: Expert knowledge of Oracle HCM technology. Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives. Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity. Experience in defining business requirements in the context of self-service channels ideally in HR or shared services environment. Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Comfortable communicating with and tailoring messages to audiences of different levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment under pressure and to tight deadlines.
