Attendance and Engagement Officer

Required January 2025 | Term time including INSET days 8.30 am to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) which includes 30 minutes for lunch unpaid Rate of pay – NJC Scale 5 range 12-17 plus London Fringe Allowance (ie. pro-rata salary £16,755 – £18,123 depending on experience including London Fringe allowance) Some flexibility in hours may be possible Herschel Grammar School is a mixed, selective school graded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible Attendance and Engagement Officer to work with our pupils and their families. The post holder will be responsible for helping the school raise achievement by improving school attendance and punctuality and to meet attendance targets. The appointment will be subject to a clear DBS search.
