Required ASAP, Hetton Academy is looking to appoint an Attendance and Cover Manager to lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence in line with academy targets, and to oversee staff cover within the academy. Please note that this role requires the post holder to start work at 7am each day, and candidates should be confident in working with data as well as contacting parents.
