Creative Outpost is a boutique post production company based in Central London. Our team of artists and engineers deliver high-end VFX, Audio and Colour Grading to clients in Advertising and High End Television. Founded in 2014, Creative Outpost has steadily grown and is now hiring an Audio Producer to join the team.
About the Role At Creative Outpost, the production team is at the heart of our business. You will work closely with clients, sound designers, and mixers to bring projects to life, acting as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution. A love for great audio will be at the core of everything you do, and your passion will inspire both the team and the clients you collaborate with. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, pressure, and creating exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. With every project, you’ll contribute to maintaining Creative Outpost’s reputation for audio excellence, creativity, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee audio projects from quoting through to final delivery. Coordinate schedules and required resources to deliver work on time and to a high standard. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, communicate, report and guide them through the process as required. Problem solving as needed. Monitor project budgets. Initiative to work both independently & within the production / audio department. Actively maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients. Ensuring the audio team are developing long term relationships with agencies, production companies, direct to brand. Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in audio post-production.
Qualifications and Experience
Comprehensive understanding of audio production processes, especially ADR, sound design and mixing. 3+ yrs experience as an Audio Producer. Familiar with FarmersWife software but not essential. Strong communication and organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Time Management - ability to prioritise & multi task. Ability to stay calm under pressure. An interest in Picture Post Production. Enjoy entertaining and building rapport with clients from any background; attending industry events and flying the flag for Creative Outpost.
This is a UK based and hybrid role with a minimum 4 days in the office (London).
Success Metrics & KPIs
Delivering projects to a high standard on time and within budget. Business Development: Contributing to growing the client base by onboarding new brands, agencies, and production companies.
