Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audio Visual Installation Engineer with hands-on experience in AV system installation and maintenance. This role involves leading installations across various sites in the UK, ensuring high standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of AV projects. Ensure project completion within specified timelines and quality standards. Complete system commissioning tests, client sign-offs, and documentation. Provide technical support, including remote assistance and on-site troubleshooting. Manage stock, tools, and inventory for installations. Oversee and mentor junior engineers. Maintain customer satisfaction through high-quality service and support. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and trends. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and complete site-specific risk assessments.

Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AV installation, including cable termination and fault-finding. Ability to read technical drawings, cable schedules, and rack elevations. Strong knowledge of AV signal processing, routing, and control. Experience using hand and power tools. Familiarity with control software (e.g., DANTE). Valid driver's license and ability to work at height. Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills: Relevant technical qualifications (A-Level, BTEC, or degree). AVIXA CTS qualification or other certifications. Experience working in places of worship or historic buildings. Networking knowledge and electrical qualifications. PASMA certification.
