Job Title: Lead Audio Visual Engineer About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Audio Visual Engineer to join a growing team working on diverse and innovative national projects. This role focuses on delivering exceptional installation, service, and support for clients across multiple sectors, including corporate, leisure, and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain large-format LED displays and video walls. Configure and service sound systems for optimal audio performance. Set up and troubleshoot video distribution systems such as AVoIP and video matrix solutions. Install and program DSP (Digital Signal Processors) for customized sound configurations. Provide technical expertise in IT and network infrastructure relevant to AV systems. Deliver comprehensive service and support to client sites, ensuring all equipment functions seamlessly. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.

Skills and Experience Required:

At least 2 years of commercial experience in audio-visual engineering or a related technical field. Proficiency in AV installation, commissioning, and service delivery. Strong troubleshooting abilities to handle complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with clients and team members professionally. Familiarity with IT systems, networking equipment, and AV integration technologies. Confident working at height with appropriate equipment. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Full UK driving licence is essential.
