Our client is committed to delivering outstanding events and consistently exceeding their clients expectations. About the Role:

Responsible for delivering technical support with a strong focus on LED video technology, ensuring the successful delivery of outstanding live events. This includes preparing, operating, and maintaining AV equipment with an emphasis on video systems, while also providing support across other AV disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Setup and Operation:

Prepare, set up, and operate AV equipment for live events, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meet technical requirements. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve any technical issues with AV equipment during events or rehearsals, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth operation. Perform routine maintenance and checks on AV equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition. Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with event teams, including producers, directors, and other technical staff, to ensure seamless integration of AV systems and to support other disciplines such as lighting and audio. Experience: 3 Years + experience within the AV Live Events Industry. Familiar with brands such as: Novastar, Resolume Arena, Blackmagic Design, Barco or similar. Comfortable working in a small team and taking on varied responsibilities. Eager to expand your technical knowledge and grow within the events industry. Willing to work both onsite and in the warehouse, with flexibility to work weekends and do overtime when required. Must have a Full UK Driving Licence & full right to work in UK. Seniority level
