Audit & Accounts Director – Defined Route to Partnership Surrey | High-Growth Firm | Hybrid & Flexible Working An exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA/ACCA Qualified Audit & Accounts Director to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to partnership. Join a progressive, high-growth firm in Surrey - one of the UK’s fastest-growing business regions, working with a diverse client base of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and some corporate groups. The Role Lead and develop the audit and accounts function, overseeing a portfolio of businesses across multiple industries. Provide strategic advisory support and act as a trusted business partner to clients. Manage the end-to-end audit and work closely with clients to ensure relevant advice. Play a key role in business development, driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s presence across Surrey. Oversee statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP. Develop and mentor the audit and accounts team to ensure their development, well-being, and good staff retention. RI status and a Practicing Certificate to ensure the route to Partnership. About You ACA/ACCA qualified with significant Director-level or current Partner status in an accountancy firm. Expertise as a senior leader in an Audit function. Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing and growth-oriented team. Proven track record in client development.
