The Role Lead and develop the audit and accounts function, overseeing a portfolio of businesses across multiple industries. Provide strategic advisory support and act as a trusted business partner to clients. Manage the end-to-end audit and work closely with clients to ensure the relevant advice. Play a key role in business development, driving revenue growth and expanding the firm s presence across Surrey. Oversee statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP. Develop and mentor the audit and accounts team to ensure their development, well-being, and good staff retention. RI status and a Practicing Certificate to ensure the route to Partnership. About You ACA/ACCA qualified with significant Director-level or current Partner status in an accountancy firm. Expertise as a senior leader in an Audit function. Ability to inspire and lead a high-performing and growth-oriented team. Proven track record in client development.
