Numero Recruitment have been engaged to speak with experienced Audit & Accounts managers regarding an excellent opportunity with a well respected firm of accountants in Crawley.
The firm has experienced significant growth and would like to recruit an Accounts & Audit Manager to assist them in delivering excellent accounting and advisory services to their respected clients.
The Role:
As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will work closely with partners and will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients across a wide range of industry sectors.
Take full responsibility for managing the audit process from planning through to completion, ensuring the deployment of appropriate staff levels for each assignment.
Aside from client management responsibilities, the successful candidate will also contribute to the day-to-day management and training of staff. This will include having responsibility for conducting staff appraisals throughout the year to ensure continuous development for individual team members.
You will take an active involvement in business development, including preparing and presenting to new and existing clients with a view to winning new business for the firm.
Requirements:
All applicants must be ACA or ACCA qualified and will have a wealth of audit experience from an established practice background with previous staff management experience.
