This rapidly growing firm, located on the outskirts of London, presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, multi-specialist environment. In this position, you'll manage and mentor junior team members while overseeing your own workload, billables, and budgets—making budget supervision essential. Additionally, you’ll be a key player in the firm's audits, with the expectation to deliver excellence and go the extra mile.

This role offers the perfect balance, providing a clear path for growth, professional autonomy, and a competitive salary for the local market. Key Responsibilities:

Lead audit planning and execution with the team. Finalise audit assignments and ensure timely delivery. Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP (FRS 102). Communicate directly with clients to develop strategic solutions. Handle the preparation and auditing of consolidated accounts. Proactively monitor and manage assignment budgets. Supervise and train junior staff members. Required Skills & Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified. Minimum of three years' experience, with at least 60% of your role focused on audits. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail. Proficient in accounts preparation under UK GAAP. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with multiple accounting systems. Remuneration: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE 25 days holiday Flexible benefits
