A top 15 firm with a strong focus on continuous development and training is now looking for an Audit & Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

Manager skills program A vibrant and highly motivated office culture Ability to customise the role and reduce accounts exposure Hybrid working model Competitive salary and discretionary bonus Your role as an Audit & Accounts Manager: The role will be split across 80% Audit and 20% Accounts You will be working across a mixed portfolio of OMB's and SME's with turnovers around £50m Working alongside the Partners to plan assignments and lead some of the largest and most complex audits Plan, deliver and supervise audit and accounts assignments Monitor your chargeability and assignment budgets proactively Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points Delegate and supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work What you'll need to succeed: ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experience Experience in managing your own portfolio Experience of working within a UK accountancy firm A good management rapport to mentor the audit team What next: To discuss this role in more detail, please contact Jenna.Johnson@pro-finance.co.uk or 07979027390.
