Reporting to the Head of Division Partner, you'll:
Build solid client relationships, applying your technical skills. Manage a diverse client portfolio and contribute to revenue stream development. Handle ad hoc client queries. Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget. Lead audit assignments, managing people and budgets. Maintain high delivery standards and support junior staff. Contribute to operational improvements and business development. The Successful Candidate:
ACCA/ACA Qualified with 3-4 years PQE in practice. 6+ years of UK practice experience. Previous experience at (Assistant) Audit & Accounts Manager level. Proven track record of producing quality audits. Strong client and team relationship skills. Aptitude for business development. Commercial mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
