Flexible working arrangements with hybrid working and choice of start/finish times Your role as Semi Senior Auditor This is an opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality audits and building your technical expertise. As a Semi Senior Auditor, you will:

Perform accurate and effective audits of client accounting information under the guidance of experienced leaders, progressing to greater autonomy as your experience grows. Progess to lead moderate-sized assignments, supervising and mentoring junior team members. Assist on larger audits by thoroughly completing allocated sections and supporting the assignment leader. Plan audits by understanding clients' businesses, systems, and controls, identifying risks, and tailoring audit approaches. Conduct and record complex audit tests and perform analytical reviews to a high standard. Liaise professionally with clients and team members to resolve queries and ensure timely assignment delivery. What you'll need to succeed as a Semi Senior Auditor

Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA with experience working on audits of varying sizes. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and audit-specific software like Caseware, Sage, and Xero. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
