Thrive in a supportive and growth-oriented workplace. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team in planning and executing audits. Complete audit assignments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP (FRS 102). Engage directly with clients to provide strategic advice and insights. Prepare and audit consolidated accounts. Monitor assignment budgets to ensure efficiency. Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Required Qualifications and Skills: ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified. At least three years of experience in a role with 30% or more audit responsibilities. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in accounts preparation under UK GAAP. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with various accounting systems. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range: £30,000 - £40,000. Hybrid working arrangements for better work-life balance. Enjoy a Christmas close-down period.
