Your role as Audit & Accounts Senior: In this role, you will be an integral part of the Audit & Accounts team, taking responsibility for your assignments and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will: Lead audits at client premises, supervising and mentoring junior team members. Review the work of other team members, ensuring compliance with standards and processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolving queries and contributing to their business growth. Use your technical expertise to improve processes and create best practices. What you'll need to succeed as Audit & Accounts Senior: We are looking for someone who: Is ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience. Has a strong understanding of audit and accounts processes and can manage their own portfolio. Is confident in building client relationships and has excellent communication skills.
