My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in the Coventry area, and due to recent growth, they are seeking an Accounts & Audit Senior to join their welcoming and friendly team. My client provides a wide range of services to a number of different clients, including SMEs to larger corporates, LLPs including professional partnerships, public sector bodies, charities and high net worth individuals.

Accounts & Audit Senior Position Overview Lead audits from planning through to completion Supervise and provide feedback to audit assistants Prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns Assist with the finalisation of the accounts Ensure all deadlines are met and targets are met Assist and mentor the more junior members of staff
Accounts & Audit Senior Position Requirements Previous experience working in an accountancy practice Suitable candidates must be fully ACA/ACCA part-qualified/qualified Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident dealing with clients face-to-face, over email and over the phone Ability to work well within a team
Accounts & Audit Senior Position Remuneration Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience) 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Hybrid working Training/support provided for the right candidate Regular staff social events
