Are you an experienced Audit Senior looking to work for a successful & proactive accountancy firm where there are multiple opportunities for career progression? I am working exclusively with one a Top 20 accountancy firm in East London to appoint a number of Senior Auditors for to work in their stunning office located in the heart of East London. This is an ideal opportunity for an Audit & Accounts Senior who would like to gain access to a diverse client base and an interesting mix of work. The Audit Senior Job will be roughly 70% audit biased, but requires someone with the necessary accounting skills to also complete some general compliance based work. This East London based accountancy firm has been acclaimed for innovation in their approach to business advice and accountancy services. They have had a highly successful 2017 to date with numerous additional new clients joining the firm and now require the services of an experienced Audit Professional to support their busy audit delivery schedule. The role would suit a confident Audit Senior looking to gain broader client experience. The Audit Senior Job will involve the management, planning and conduct of audit work within the practice as well as leading on a number of significant audit jobs. Technically strong, you will have audit & accounts experience gained within a practice environment, coupled with excellent communication skills. You will be capable of leading the audit process from planning to completion as well as having involvement in the post audit meeting, confidently liaising with clients of all sizes. The Practice takes pride in its people development and endeavours to provide an empowering and supportive work environment. The Audit & Accounts Senior Job will allow access to a diverse client portfolio including charity audits, large corporate entities, complex groups and specialist audits, thus enabling a good breadth of practical experience. The main responsibilities for this Audit & Accounts Senior Job in East London will include: Reporting directly to the Audit partner and carrying out audit work from planning to completion Accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole traders, Partnerships, LLP's & Charities Reviewing the work of more junior members of staff Providing liaison between client and Manager during the audit process Supervising the audit team, providing advice and direction where required in order to complete assignments on time and within budget Working closely with the Partners to ensure the efficiency of the compliance department The perfect Audit & Accounts Senior will ACCA/ACA qualified (or finalist) with a number of years' experience of working within the audit & assurance department of a busy public practice accountancy firm. Our client is looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm who would like to progress within their career.
