I am currently supporting an 11 Partner Firm with an office in Spalding, who are looking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Manager, paying a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience. This Firm also pays overtime at Manager level, or you can take back the time in lieu, and they foster a flexible working culture. The role is typically 70% accounts and 30% audit.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of accountants and auditors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Lead on audits with team members. Manage the accounts and audit requirements for a portfolio of clients. Advise clients on business and personal accounts and tax matters.
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualification. Ability to manage workloads and achieve deadlines. Experience of audit work. Confidence in advising clients and managing a team.
