Your new company Supportive and friendly independent accountancy firm in Staffordshire seeking to recruit an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior or Senior to join their longstanding team. Your new role Working with a varied client base, you will split your time between audit assignments and accounts preparation. Audits will predominantly be with local clients with a few away jobs (3-4) across the year. You will benefit from getting involved in a breadth of work, supporting with audits from planning through to completion and preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships. What you'll need to succeed You will possess prior experience of both audit and accounts preparation work within an accountancy practice, will be either AAT qualified or at least part way through ACCA or ACA qualifications and will be keen to develop your career and build lasting client relationships.
