Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, advising, and motivating a team, while driving compliance and quality across the service. Our promise is simple: we only serve coffee we’d love to enjoy in our own homes. About You A professional qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry, with a strong focus on managerial roles. Proven experience in auditing, compliance, and regulatory oversight within the coffee or hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Highly proficient in administrative and organisational tasks, including maintaining up-to-date paperwork, SOPs, and business systems. Consistently able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in the coffee industry, including working as a barista and delivering training to staff. Skilled in adapting, drafting, and implementing new systems and processes to enhance business operations. Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively and empower teams to perform at their best. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, produce detailed reports, and implement improvements based on findings. Proficient in using relevant digital tools and platforms to manage compliance, reporting, and team communications. A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement strategies to overcome them. Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to travel between locations as needed.
