Audit Senior Manager/Partner to join a growing Truro chartered accountants RI, leading delivery of audit services, managing clients, teams with progression About Our Client This highly regarded Truro based chartered firm of accountants has a wide-ranging client base across differing sectors, including significant sized clients of OMBs, SMEs, larger corporates, groups, as well as the charity sector. Job Description As an Audit Associate Partner, you will bring existing RI status or have the motivation to attain RI status. You will utilise your accountancy practice career background as either an all-round general practitioner with smaller independent firm experience, or have specialised within audit in larger independents/Top 50 or Top Firms. In this role, you will manage, lead, and oversee the delivery of audit services to the firm's clients, manage teams, and develop the firm's audit function, working closely with the partner group. A clear career path will be mapped out to fit the right candidate. The Successful Applicant You will hold ACA, ACCA, or other accounting/tax qualifications, with a career background in accountancy practice at the Senior Manager/Audit Associate Partner levels. You will have an audit-focused or general practitioner background from any UK-based small, medium, large, mid-tier, or top-tier firm, with technical skills across audit, accounts, and tax. You will be seeking a challenging, long-term career move in the profession at this level. What's on Offer Circa £65,000 - £80,000 dependent on background experience and level, plus benefits.
