A highly successful and fast-growing firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit an Audit Associate Partner with clear progression on offer as a key addition as a result on ongoing expansion and planning for the future growth of this accountancy practice. Client Details This highly regarded Truro based chartered firm of accountants has wide ranging clients across differing sectors, turnovers and industry range including significant sized client base of OMBs and SMEs, larger corporates, groups as well as charity sector and other clients. A clear progression path is on offer within this successful team and accountancy practice, with competitive and attractive remuneration and benefit packages on offer. Description Joining the office as an Audit Associate Partner you will bring existing RI status, or have the motivation to attain RI status. You will utilise your accountancy practice career background as either an all-round general practitioner with smaller independent firm background, across all areas of audit, accounts and tax, or have specialised within audit entirely within larger independents/ Top 50 or Top Firm backgrounds and be looking for a career move with a progression path on offer working alongside the partner group. You will manage, lead and oversee the delivery of audit services to the firms clients, manage teams and develop and grow the firms audit function, working closely with the partner group. A clear career path and route will be mapped out between both sides to fit and work around the right candidate. Profile You will hold any of ACA, ACCA or other accounting/tax qualifications, with a career background in accountancy practice having developed your career to the Senior Manager / Audit Associate Partner levels. You will have an audit focused or all-around general practitioner career background gained within any of a UK based small, medium/large size, mid-tier, or top tier firm background, with a technical skill set across any of audit, accounts and tax. You will be seeking a challenging, long-term career move in the profession at this level. Job Offer Circa £65000 - £80,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
