Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of auditors, overseeing an audit portfolio within a well-established and growing accounting firm. Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on audit workflows, resource allocation, and future direction. Review and prepare audit documentation, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance. Offer expert advice on complex audit-related projects and issues. Collaborate across departments to ensure clients receive comprehensive, integrated business solutions. Mentor and develop team members, providing training and guidance to support professional growth. Represent the firm at networking events and business forums, proactively identifying new business opportunities. Identify cross-selling opportunities & additional services to both new and existing clients. Set the standard as a hands-on Director, leading by example and maintaining a proactive, client-focused approach.

Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Proven ability to represent the firm in new networks and generate new business. Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a thorough understanding of current standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving successful projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach. Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
