About the Role:

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Services Group in Cambridge, participate in all audit stages, and manage a team of auditors. This senior role, reporting directly to Partners, involves leading multiple engagements and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Corporate Services Group: train, mentor, and develop team members. Review assignments and provide feedback. Manage a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring effective communication of engagement progress and financial information. Participate in networking and building client relationships. Ensure engagement profitability and support business development activities. Essential Skills:

Proven audit background within a UK practice and front-line client contact. ICAEW/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. Good knowledge of audit planning and UK GAAP accounts preparation. Experience with CCH accounts software or similar packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to undertake some travel. Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport. Desirable Skills:

Sector specialist experience in IFRS. Experience in staff recruitment and induction. Presentation skills on technical matters. Focus on personal and professional development. Experience in tender processes and business development. Rewards & Benefits:
