Job Description
Direct and manage all audit operations within the firm
Develop and implement strategies to enhance audit procedures
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of professional services industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure efficient and effective operations
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure all audit activities align with company policies and objectives
Oversee the preparation of audit reports and financial statements
Manage relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Director should have:
A recognised professional qualification in Accounting or a related field
Proven leadership and management skills
A thorough understanding of auditing processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
