£100,000 to £150,000 plus Benefits Nottingham, East Midlands As Audit Partner, a high-level role within a progressive and entrepreneurial firm that spans listed to owner manager. An exciting opportunity to lead and shape the performance of an office utilising the established footprint that is in place. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing audits for various clients. As a broader part of your remit, you will also be involved in analysing and advising on financial strategies, ensuring legal compliance, and working closely with managerial teams to plan how to maximise people and office performance. Your role will not be unfamiliar but naturally include the following: Successfully leading, mentoring, and monitoring an audit department - driving customer excellence, bright ideas, and efficiencies. Encourage continued professional development and keep abreast of challenges, regulatory changes, and opportunities with the field of auditing. Achieves growth in audit services provided by leading a business development strategy. Departmental budgetary responsibility. Ensuring the department achieves deadlines and key performance indicators. Overseeing and supporting auditors with the high-level reporting requirements for the audit process. Leading the delivery of statutory audits for clients. Lead efficiencies and training strategies for clients, including streamlining with software.
