As Audit Partner, you will hold a high-level role within a progressive and entrepreneurial firm that spans listed to owner-manager clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the performance of an office utilizing the established footprint that is in place.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing audits for various clients. Additionally, you will analyze and advise on financial strategies, ensure legal compliance, and work closely with managerial teams to maximize people and office performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Successfully lead, mentor, and monitor an audit department, driving customer excellence, innovative ideas, and efficiencies. Encourage continued professional development and stay updated on challenges, regulatory changes, and opportunities in the field of auditing. Achieve growth in audit services by leading a business development strategy. Manage departmental budgetary responsibilities. Ensure the department meets deadlines and key performance indicators. Oversee and support auditors with high-level reporting requirements for the audit process. Lead the delivery of statutory audits for clients. Implement efficiencies and training strategies for clients, including streamlining processes with software. We are keen to hear from Midlands-based audit professionals who demonstrate a proven track record of driving customer excellence and efficiencies. We will assess how you have fostered relationships internally and externally, embodying the culture and values of the firm, and encouraging an inclusive and supportive environment that consistently upskills the audit department.
