Audit Director - top 20 firm
We are recruiting on behalf of a top 20 Accountancy firm in Central London who are recruiting for an experienced Audit Director to work with an established portfolio of asset and wealth management clients. This role has arisen due to the firm's continued growth and success in this sector and offers a fast-track route to Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing audit engagements for asset and wealth management clients. Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and value creation. Overseeing and mentoring audit teams to deliver high-quality work to deadlines. Maintaining RI (Responsible Individual) status and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the firm, with a clear progression path to Partnership.
About You: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status. Extensive experience working with asset and wealth management clients within an audit environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Commercially minded, with excellent client-facing and business development skills. Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress to Partnership.
