Job Description Lead & Shape Audit Services:

Oversee and manage the audit department, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to regulatory standards. Develop Client Relationships:

Work closely with clients, providing tailored audit solutions, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships. Drive Growth:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm-wide growth strategies. Mentor & Develop Team:

Lead a small team of audit professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their professional growth and development. Champion Best Practices:

Keep up-to-date with audit standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the firm remains compliant and competitive. Oversee the auditing process, ensuring all audits are conducted in line with the company's standards and statutory requirements. Develop and implement

audit strategies to enhance efficiency within the department. Liaise with stakeholders

to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct risk assessments

and provide risk mitigation solutions. Prepare audit reports

and present findings to senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Director should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent. Proven experience in a senior audit role within the professional services industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
