You will be managing your own team - ensuring you support their progression, dealing with day-to-day management, some advisory business work, and ad hoc project work. What you'll need to succeed A positive, highly organised individual who will be committed to both clients and staff. You'll be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with good up-to-date technical knowledge, and demonstrable experience of external audits.
