You'll be a key player in supporting client growth and driving the team's success. Expect to:
Oversee your own client portfolio, managing workflow, WIP, and billing. Delegate and review audit, accounts, and tax compliance tasks, providing detailed feedback to team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Engage in business development activities, including attending networking and marketing events, pitching for new work, and preparing tender documents. Support the team in wider responsibilities, such as recruitment, mentoring, and marketing initiatives. What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Manager
A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or CA) and experience managing a portfolio of clients. Proven people management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. Strong time management and organisational abilities to balance multiple priorities. A commercial mindset and dedication to client development. Familiarity with audit software (e.g., Caseware) and Microsoft Office tools. What's on offer?
