Audit team . The firm has a strong track record and a
diverse portfolio of corporate clients
with turnovers ranging from £1m to £100m across a variety of industries, including

Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse and high-profile portfolio of
audit clients , ranging from £1m to £100m in turnover. Work closely with Partners to help develop the audit team through mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to staff at all levels. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on both
technical and commercial issues . Take an active role in
business development , leveraging your existing network and identifying new opportunities. Lead and motivate a team of qualified, part-qualified, and trainee professionals, ensuring their ongoing development. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal working practices, reviewing and identifying efficiency gains where possible. Play a part in the
recruitment
and
staffing decisions
for the team. Build a strong
internal and external network , including relationships with bank managers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders. Be involved in internal compliance procedures, ensuring high-quality standards across all audit work. What the Firm Offers: A
